Can I Access Courses From Any Computer Or Mobile Device?

Yes! You can access all the courses available in the Membership from any computer with any device. Our website has mobile friendly browsers so you don't have to download anything to access this material.

Do I need Experience?

No experience necessary! The instructors in each of the courses will walk you through everything you need to know and do, one step at a time. You don't have to be a seasoned entrepreneur or business executive to be successful. Our courses are designed so that people of all backgrounds can start or grow their own businesses. That's the spirit of entrepreneurship!

What If I Can't Start Right Now?

When you sign up for the membership, you can start whenever you want. You proceed through any of the courses available in the seller membership at your own pace. You will have full access to the lessons for as you long as you keep your membership active.

How Much Does It Cost?

We offer two payment plans. You can purchase an annual membership for $804 per year, or sign up for the $97 monthly membership. Each of these payment plans can be cancelled at any time; however no refunds will be offered after the initial 14-day refund period

Are There Additional Costs I Have To Pay Amazing.com?

Nope! Once you pay the annual/monthly charge you will have access to our ever-growing course selection, and you will not need to pay extra to have access to new courses when they are added.

What If I want To Cancel My Subscription?

If you wish to cancel, you must cancel your membership at least 24hrs before your next billing date. Otherwise, your card will be charged for a non-refundable $97 payment. You can cancel your membership at any time, with no hassle by contacting support@amazing.com or by clicking on "Account" at the upper right corner of your screen, and going to your "Membership" tab. Once you cancel, your membership will remain active until 30 days after your last payment.

My Account Got Deactivated. How Can I Re-activate it?

You can login and go to "Account" on the top right of your membership. Select the "Membership" tab. If you are unable to reactivate your account or are having any issues, you can also contact our support team at support@amazing.com and we would be happy to work with you to get your account activated. 

Can I Use A Debit Card To Pay?

Absolutely! As long as your card has a Visa or MasterCard logo, it is an acceptable form of payment.
