1) You have 3 different options to submit a ticket:

  1. Emails us at support@amazing.com
  2. Fill out the form here https://www.amazing.com/contact
  3. Submit a ticket from https://amazing.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Click 'New Support Ticket' 

4) Complete all fields (giving as much information as possible in the description)
5) You are welcome to attach a screenshot by clicking 'Attach A File'
6) Click 'Submit'
